Hello and welcome to the Lab!

Here at TinkerTack, we use cutting-edge technology to fabricate a collection of cloth creatures of all shapes and sizes. I'm Lee! A self-taught, queer artist who always had a soft spot for plushes and decided to try my hand at making them. I make everything myself in-house so stock is limited to how fast I can work. I get a bit of help with the 2D designs from my partner when she’s not busy working on her webcomic (Kidd Commander, you should check it out).

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Technically we do, but only because Storenvy doesn't give us a choice! We haven't had a chance to calibrate our international shipping costs, so while you CAN place an order it's prohibitively expensive right now. With more research funding, the Lab may be able to expand to international shipping properly.

  • What happend to [INSERT ITEM HERE]? Will it return?

    As all creations are made by hand, sometimes our inventory runs out. I try to keep as many in stock as possible, but they do take time to fabricate. If a particular item is sold out, please feel free to reach out and request a restock; hearing from you helps direct future experimentation!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once an experiment leaves the Lab it can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping will take significantly longer.

  • What is Storenvy?

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
